A Self Catering Apartment In the Heart of Suffolk
Why stay at Moray Garden View, a Suffolk beach side apartment? A self-catering apartment for 6 people (including travel cot) on England's most easterly coast within seconds from the blue flag beach. Within close proximity to all of Kirkley, Pakefield, Lowestoft, Kessingland and Oulton Broads attractions. Great walks on the Suffolk coast, close to the broads and also driving distance to many beautiful churches and other East Anglian locations such as Norwich.
Grade II listed building
One of four apartments we run in a a well maintained Grade II listed building originally devised in 1846 by J.L. Clemence for Sir Samuel Morton Peto for the development of Lowestoft as a fashionable holiday resort.
Watch the Sunrise
The apartments are directly opposite the North Sea and its unique location affords it's location most easterly point where you can watch the first sunrise in the Great Britain.
Self Catering
A fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need to prepare for evening nibbles in our private courtyards or a home cooked meal at your dinning table.
Garden view
The apartment enjoys its own private entrances front and back and is completely self contained. It has garden views and you have garden furniture for the rear and built in benches at the front, kick back and relax with a cup of tea or glass of something.
Seating
A range of seating allows you the opportunity to snuggle up with a book or a cup of the and enjoy the view as well have more guests stay in the apartment with our daybed and double sofa bed.
Double Bedroom
The main bedroom sleeps two and we can arrange a large double sofa bed and a single/double day bed in the open plan lounge/dinning room area, so we can sleep 6 and with a travel cot that makes 7.

Pet Friendly Accomodation
We welcome dogs at Moray Beachside apartments and there are lots of great things to do, long walks up to Pakefield and even as far as Kessingland, dog friendly pubs and we can recommend where we have used. There is also a dog friendly beach within walking distance from the apartment.

Absolutely Fabulous - 5 star review
An absolute little gem!!! Lovely cozy apartment spacious clean and well equipped for all needs. Plenty of space for the grandchildren to enjoy. The little courtyards front and back are lovely and spent a few evenings chilling and chatting in peaceful tranquility. The location is amazing many impromptu breakfasts on the beach and evening walks which turned into swims. Plenty of memories for the young and not so young in our party were made. The owner is very helpful and responds promptly to enquiries we had especially a medical emergency where our stay had to be extended. There is plenty to do and see or peace to kick back and relax. I will be booking again as this apartment is a rare find everything on your doorstep if you don’t want to drive too far. H5778ZIcarolines

We spent a lovely Christmas at the apartment and are hoping to return in Spring and Autumn. The apartment is spacious, homely and really quirky. Parking is available at the rear. The location is perfect just across the road from Claremont Pier and beach. The apartment is well equipped and we even noticed a picnic basket and cool box which would be ideal to take to the beach if you have a family. There are even beach deck chairs.I Plenty of towels provided, even 1 for the dog, along with food and water bowls and 2 big boneo biscuits (Thank you) There is so much more I could say about it but it would take too long what I would say is if you like an apartment that is more like a home than a holiday rental this is definitely the place to stay.
